Deepen faith and insight with our two-semester Big Picture Bible course designed for high school students and others eager to understand and apply Scripture. Master the panorama of the Bible - chronologically, clearly, confidently and connected to the history of the ancient world.
The Big Picture Bible
Two semesters covering the panorama of the Bible for high school students and above. A structured Bible timeline course designed to spark fascination with Scripture as one unified story through engaging lessons, maps, timelines, assessments, and guided review tools.
Semester 1
Explore Genesis to Malachi, understanding how God’s unfolding story and promises to redeem the world through Israel interact with the history and culture of their times, and how it all points to the coming of Jesus the Messiah.
Semester 2
Journey through the years between Malachi and Matthew, and then on through the New Testament to see God’s plan fulfilled. Final sessions teach study and communication skills as well as presenting evidence supporting the Bible’s inspiration and how to answer the critical arguments against it.
Our online options allow for flexibility of use. The Self-Paced Track provides content and structure while retaining personal application by local teachers. The Mentored Track adds interaction with and insights from course designer, Dr. Michael Bogart.
